Trainee Program – Telenor
Briefly about the Trainee Program:
- This is a 12-month program consisting of two or three rotations. The position is permanent after the program.
- Rotation could be within our companies in Norway, or in one of our foreign operations .
- Candidates must be a resident or hold a valid work permit in Schengen-area.
- You need to be comfortable with communicating in English and a Scandinavian language.
- This is a graduate position and formal experience is not a requirement. You are here to learn and develop! If you have experience from internships, part-time positions, or other innovation projects this is of course a benefit.

Examples of tasks you can be assigned to are within cyber security, security product development, virtualization of networks, advanced analytics, 5G, artificial intelligence, product innovation, and other high impact initiatives in Telenor.
