When we look for our future interns, we naturally consider grades, but they are not the most important factor. What we want to know is why you specifically want to do an internship – and why with us. Interest and commitment, previous experience, and any stays abroad are also interesting factors.  We are curious to learn who you are and what you see that makes us a good match.
