 Are you our new Norwegian ground handling Evaluator?

 
On behalf of Norwegian ground handling , we are now looking for Red Handling Evaluators based in Oslo Airport, that will assist and represent Norwegian ground handling on Assessment days.
As a Norwegian ground handling Evaluator, you’ll play a key role in assessing and guiding our team members, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Your expertise will shape the future of Norwegian ground handling operations, setting the tone for excellence in customer service and leadership.


 

The Norwegian ground handling Evaluator is expected to:


 
•    Act with integrity and loyalty in accordance with Norwegian Group Policy
•    Safeguard and promote Norwegian interests while maintaining and enhancing professional expertise within   their area of responsibility
•    Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where sudden changes require adaptability and commitment
•    Be a good leader and a role model within Norwegian ground handling, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
 
  
Job Description:

 
•    Conduct evaluations of new CSA, Team Leaders, Duty Managers, etc, on behalf of the Operator.
•    Participate in the evaluation of new CSA as needed
•    Stay familiar with and up to date on Norwegian Uniform Regulations.
•    Maintain knowledge of the Interview Guide Material
•    Adhere to guidelines provided by the Talent Acquisition Team
•    Prepare assessment day reports, candidate assessment reports, and upgrade reports

 

 
 Qualifications:

 
•    You are currently serving as Duty Manager / Supervisor / Training officer for Norwegian Ground handling today ( OSL based Only)
•    You possess excellent communication skills
•    You have proven experience as a strong role model for Red Handling members
•    You excel in teamwork, including networking, team building, and people development
•    You demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills
•    You can work independently with efficient decision-making abilities
•    You showcase excellent interpersonal skills, delivering clear direction and maintaining a solution-focused approach
•    You are forward-thinking, innovative, and bring high energy to your role
•    Preferably, you speak Scandinavian and are fluent in both written and spoken English

•    This is a mixed position, and the percentage will vary according to specific needs
