Are you our new Duty Manager for Norwegian ground handling?
- Reporting to Front of House Manager – Norwegian ground handling Norway.
- Responsible for passenger handling and operation at OSL Airport while on shift.
- Act as senior delegate for Norwegian ground handling at OSL Airport on shift in the absence of the FOH Manager.
- Keep an overview of allocated resources daily basis to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance and operational performance is achieved for the entire Norwegian passenger and operations activities at OSL Airport.

You are our ideal candidate if:
- Relevant experience in an operations management role within aviation/travel industry, as well as passenger services and/or operations experience within Norwegian ground handling.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a large dynamic workforce and executing performance management and development.
- Experience in stakeholder relationships and the ability to influence and make change.
- Strong customer focus in developing customer centricity process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.
- Ability to work effectively with peers and other business units.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage and lead on duty personal in the daily operation at OSL Airport when on shift.
- Record attendance and manage daily shortfalls in resource allocation.
- Manage and oversee that SLA’s, KPI’s & engagement standards are met when on shift.
- Carry out daily shift briefings with relevant staff and stakeholders and summarize a shift report.
- Lead the team in a culture where continuous improvement, is promoted. e.g., improvement ideas and help with problem-solving and implementing solutions.
- If needed, take action and step in to ensure all operation is covered.
- This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties, as the Company may consider other duties appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis.
- Based at OSL Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
