Vend’s story began more than 180 years ago, with a printing house in Oslo. What started as a small publishing operation grew into Schibsted, one of the Nordics’ most trusted companies in news, innovation, and digital services.
In 2024, Schibsted took an important step forward. To unlock the full potential of both sides of the business, Schibsted separated into two independent companies: Schibsted Media and Schibsted Marketplaces. From May 12, 2025, Schibsted Marketplaces changed its name to Vend.
