Since 2011, Career Companies has annually presented the most attractive employers for students and Young Professionals in Sweden & now Norway. The selected organizations are awarded the title Career Company for one year.

To be considered, employers must first meet our basic criteria and undergo a structured selection process. During this process, our expert panel reviews and ensures that each employer meets the necessary standards and demonstrates high-quality work in various areas of employer attractiveness. Our distinguished jury then selects the final group to be recognized as a Career Company.
